a CGI piece found on chicago set.

looks like alot of war has been going on in TF3 chicago set. but we spotted a giant blue piece, which are normally used for CGI later on. but what do you suppose it is? looks like a piece of a foot with wheels on the side to me. post your comments on what this might be.
