Transformers 3 To Film In Gary, Indiana

stated that the Gary's Board of Public Work & Safety has approved the filming crew of Transformers 3 to film in the city. The filming will take place April 12 on industrial property owned by Majestic Star Casino at Buffington Harbor. The scene is meant to take place in Ukraine and it is a "rather simple scene" portraying vehicles approaching the industrial property. None of the principal stars of the movie, including John Malkovich, Frances McDormand, Shia labeouf, and megan fox will apear on set.
